Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defected product please email us within 15 days of the delivery date at anthony@anthonybompiani.com. Please include pictures of the defected/damaged item along with your order number. Once we have received the email please allow up to 72 hours for us to reach back out with next steps on sending out a replacement.
